UTS is continuing to address today’s security challenges by strengthening identity verification processes across the university.
Changes to self-service password reset
From Saturday 3 February, 2024, changes to the self-service password reset process will make the way you reset your UTS password simpler and more secure.
Self-Service password reset will now enable you to change your own password through Okta without the need to remember three security questions or call for verification by the IT Service Centre.
